Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Important Notes:
- Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to customs, local logistics, or peak seasons.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a free shipping order is returned and the remaining order amount falls below USD 100, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping fee rules:
- Defective or wrong items → We cover return shipping.
- Non-defective returns → Buyer covers return shipping, and original shipping fee is deducted if the order does not meet the free shipping threshold.
- Partial returns that reduce remaining order amount below free shipping threshold → Original shipping fee is deducted.

2️⃣ Return & Refund Policy
- Return Eligibility: Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags and accessories. Order number or proof of purchase is required. Non-compliant returns will be rejected.
- Non-returnable Items: Discounted, clearance, Final Sale items; custom-made orders; items damaged due to misuse or washing; unauthorized returns.
- Return Shipping Fee: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. Tracked shipping is recommended. Free shipping orders that drop below USD 100 after return will have the original shipping fee deducted.
- Refund: Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, within 5–10 business days. Refund covers only the product price, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties.
- Exchange: Exchanges are not supported. Please return the item and place a new order.
- Damaged / Wrong Items: Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item with photo/video evidence. Replacement or refund will be handled as appropriate. Email: service@cocovira.com
