  • If an order that originally qualified for free shipping is returned or partially refunded, and the remaining order total falls below USD 100, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods.

Important Notice:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds apply to the item price only, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
